Via Smashing Magazine, this great list of 50 comic strips from around the world. I only got a few examples down before getting completely absorbed with the strip Yo & Dude, created by eric Hews. Handily hosted on flickr, it is a curious mix of C and CC content - here's an apparently CC sample to check out. My favourite (which I can't publish here) is this one.

Oops, that whole C and CC mess is because I'm sloppy. Everything should be CC now, as I'd hate to deprive you of your favorite Yo & Dude. ;)
